Website Sales Terms and Conditions

Drayton Manor Theme Park website tickets are only valid for the day selected when purchasing. No cash refunds or alternatives available. They can NOT be used with any other offer or promotion. Please take note that due to school visits the first two weeks in July are extreemly busy between Mondays and Fridays. You have to book your tickets at least 24 hours prior to your visit.
When collecting your tickets you will need to show your credit card used for purchase for verification. No tickets will be issued without the card uesed for purchase.

Ticket Touts

We do NOT accept any tickets bought from touts on or off the park. We also do not accept or hold responsibility for tickets bought from auction internet websites, these will not be redeemded for entry into the park.
We only accept tickets bought from our ticket booths, through our call centre, off our website or from companies that have our approval.
Genuine Drayton Manor Approved Websites will always provide a direct dial contact number and will never Auction Tickets or offer "not for re-sale" tickets on Ebay. Any tickets on any auction websites do not have our approval, they are not active tickets.

Vouchers

Kellogg's vouchers, AIM solution Vouchers and Freetime vouchers are not valid during our Half Term from 13th February-21st February 2010 . These vouchers are also not allowed to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion for Drayton Manor Park!

Tesco Club Card Vouchers:-We can only accept Buy in Full tesco deals not the monetary value tokens. These are valid during Drayton's Magical Christmas from 28th November-3rd January 2010 and our Half Term from 13th Feb-21st Feb 2010
