Win a Christmas Family Bundle!

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Drayton Manor Resort.

Eligibility to Enter

• The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older on behalf of their child. Drayton Manor Resort employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
• To be eligible to enter, you must purchase a full-priced park ticket for October Half-Term (between 28th October and 2nd November 2025) directly through Drayton Manor Resort’s official website or ticket office.
• Tickets purchased through third parties, promotional offers, or discounted channels are excluded from the competition.
• By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
• There is a limit of one entry per booking. Entry to the competition is automatic when a qualifying ticket purchase is made — no additional form is required.

The Prize

• The winning prize will be a Christmas Family Bundle, which includes:
  • Park entry for 2 adults and 2 children
  • Entry to Enchanted Santa’s Grotto
  • Tickets to the NEW: Cinderella Pantomime
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
• The Christmas Family Bundle must be redeemed by 24th December 2025.
• Drayton Manor Resort's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement 

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible ticket purchases and notified via the email address associated with their booking on Friday 7th November 2025.
• Drayton Manor Resort will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
• If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 48 hours of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
• The Winner will be contacted by Drayton Manor Resort to confirm they accept the prize and arrange the theme park tickets and overnight stay, then contacted by Warwickshire County Cricket Club to arrange the cricket tickets.

Delivery of the Prize

• Once confirmed, the winner will be contacted by the Drayton Manor Resort team to arrange their Christmas Family Bundle visit.

Data Protection and Publicity

• You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Drayton Manor Resort for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
• All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing marketing@draytonmanor.co.uk
• If requested by Drayton Manor Resort, the winner agrees to release their first name to other competition participants.

Limitation of Liability 

• Drayton Manor Resort accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
