There is plenty for you to see and do including visiting Thomas in Thomas Land, Ice Age, A Mammoth Christmas in 4D plus much much more.
HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THE EVENT?

IS THIS EXPERIENCE FOR ALL OF THE FAMILY?
Drayton’s Magical Christmas is fully inclusive and is to be enjoyed by all members of the family. The Castle of Dreams is an interactive experience that you can stroll around at your own pace. There will plenty of elves along the way to assist you with anything you need. We will also have wheelchairs available to hire.

CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DAY?
Yes you can however, there is no guarantee you will get to visit Father Christmas.
CAN I STAY AT DRAYTON MANOR HOTEL THE NIGHT BEFORE OR AFTER DRAYTON’S MAGICAL CHRISTMAS?

AFTER I BOOK, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET(S)?
Once you have made your booking, your confirmation email will be sent to you containing either your e-tickets if you have chosen this option or your confirmation number if you have chosen to collect your tickets on the day.
WILL MY CHILD RECEIVE A PRESENT?
Yes, all children that visit Father Christmas will receive a present.
CAN MY CHILD GO INTO THE CASTLE OF DREAMS ON THEIR OWN?
No children under the age of 12 are not allowed to enter the castle of dreams unaccompanied.
DO I NEED A CASTLE OF DREAMS FATHER CHRISTMAS VISIT TICKET AS AN ADULT?
All who enter the Castle of Dreams need a Father Christmas visit ticket, this gains you access to the Father Christmas meet and greet area and all the other wonderful experiences within the Castle of Dreams
HOW LONG WILL THE EXPERIENCE LAST?
The experience can last all day as we have a variety of rides and attractions available around the park for all ages. If you have purchased a Castle of Dreams experience you should allow at least 45 Minutes for the actual experience this does not include time in Thomas Land, on our ice rink or our fireworks display.
SHOULD WE ARRIVE IN ADVANCE OF OUR CASTLE OF DREAMS BOOKING TIME?
The time stated on your ticket is when you must join the queue. Remember, Father Christmas has lots of children to see so being on time means that everybody gets to see him.
I BOOKED A MAGICAL CHRISTMAS PARK TICKET THROUGH A 3RD PARTY, HOW DO I BOOK MY FATHER CHRISTMAS VISIT?
If you have booked a park only ticket through a 3rd party and not directly through the Drayton Manor website, you can contact our sales team to book and pay for your Father Christmas visit. Please call 0844 472 1950*
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Most of our attractions are outdoors, so we recommend you wear something to keep you warm and bring an umbrella if you think you will need it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE?
We’ll do our best to accommodate you but must warn you that we can’t guarantee admission if you don’t arrive at the time booked and you may miss the experience completely.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Unfortunately not, tickets for Drayton’s Magical Christmas are non-refundable.
CAN I ADD PEOPLE TO MY BOOKING AFTER I’VE MADE IT?
You can add additional people to your booking by calling our sales team on 0844 472 1950*. Depending on availability.

WHAT ABOUT PHOTOS?
Of course, you are welcome to take photos of your entire experience at Drayton’s Magical Christmas. If you're visiting the Castle of Dreams, one of our friendly elves will take a photo for you which is available to purchase at the end of your experience. We also have ride photography available on selected rides in Thomas Land to purchase as well.
DO YOU ACCEPT GROUP BOOKINGS?

IS THERE SOMEWHERE WE CAN ENJOY A MEAL OR HAVE FOOD AT DRAYTON’S MAGICAL CHRISTMAS?
There are plenty of magical places to get some food whilst visiting us here at Drayton’s Magical Christmas, including Knapford Station Café, The Burger Kitchen, Teashop, Humble Pies, Safari Pizza and Pasta, Mrs Kyndley’s Kitchen, The Grill Inn and our hotel restaurants: Parklands and The Carousel Bar.
IS THE SLIDE AND GLIDE FREE TO USE?
Using our Slide and Glide is free of charge. You do not need to book this.
WHAT TIME DO THE FIREWORKS START?
The parade begins at 4.30pm and the fireworks will be at 5pm.
IS DRAYTON’S MAGICAL CHRISTMAS WHEELCHAIR AND PUSHCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, but please let us know beforehand so that we can make your visit as comfortable as possible. Please call guest services on 0844 472 1950 with your booking details and any other requirements. Both wheelchairs and pushchairs are available to hire from the main entrance near Thomas Land at a cost of £10 per day for the entire day, a £10 returnable deposit must be left.
WHAT HAPPENS IF DRAYTON’S MAGICAL CHRISTMAS HAS TO CLOSE TEMPORARILY DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR FOR OTHER UNEXPECTED REASONS?
If the park is temporarily closed we will endeavour to transfer your booking to a preferred alternative date subject to availability.
I WANT TO BOOK TICKETS THROUGH MY EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PROVIDER, HOW DO I DO THIS?
