Theme Park Tickets:

An allocation of free tickets for the park is provided to all employees once they have successfully completed their probationary period. Additional tickets and season passes can also be purchased at a discount rate.

If you work in the winter during our Magical Christmas, you will receive four free tickets to enjoy the experience with your family and friends.


Your staff pass gives you access to a range of park and hotel discounts, for example: 

30% off food and drink in The Grill Inn

10% off tickets to Hospitality Events

20% off Retail and Catering within the park

50% off food in the Hotel Restaurant (includes drinks when a meal is purchased)

Hotel Stays:

If you work with us on a permanent basis all year round, you have access (subject to availability) to discounted room rates at our own hotel and other hotels within the Interstate hotels group.


We offer scratch cards as an instant reward system to say 'thank you' or 'well done'  to those employees who have gone the extra mile in their day to day role.

Travel Discounts:

We have an agreement with Arriva to offer discounted tickets and travel cards for employees who use public transport. 

Health Cash Plans:

We offer employees access to a range of health cash plans whch provide cash back towards routine healthcare costs i.e eye tests and dental treatment or in more serious cases provide lump sum payments incase of illness, injury or death.
