4 vacancies available. Working within Guest Services and our Contact Centre you will combine your desire to deliver high levels of customer service with a sense of pride in knowing you’ve helped our guests create some lasting memories.
As part of a team, working across our Theme Park and 4-star Hotel, you will use your excellent problem solving and communication skills to manage guest feedback and when things don’t quite go to plan, work with our operational teams to look for resolutions and remedies.
Dealing directly with guests across all communication channels (face-to-face, telephone and digital platforms), you will need to be confident working independently and using your own initiative as well as comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as is a desire to take ownership of guest concerns.
