An exciting new opportunity has become available within our central reservations team. As a Ticket Sales Representative, you will be the voice of Drayton Manor and an advocate for ‘Service with Passion’ within our busy and dynamic call centre and sales environment.
The successful candidate will work within our busy central reservations team, managing individual and group ticket reservations and guest enquiries in a professional and efficient manner whilst delivering great levels of customer service via telephone and email and communicating all necessary information to other departments to ensure the guest’s requirements are fulfilled.
To be responsible for the day-to-day duties and ensuring that all daily and weekly checklists are completed in line with the department’s and company’s policy and supporting the revenue team by having the ability to cross sell other areas of the business including hotel bedrooms, upselling packages and ticket promotions to ensure revenue is maximised at every given opportunity.
Responding to high volumes of incoming guest enquiries, via telephone and email as well as managing ticket sales and identifying opportunities to upsell in response to guest needs, you will strive to exceed guest expectations, demonstrating a professional and positive approach at all times.
With a strong desire to take ownership of guest enquiries and complaints with a solution focused outlook, you will be motivated by achieving the highest levels of guest satisfaction and delivering revenue results.
Experience of working in a fast-paced call centre or guest service environment is desired as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be need to be IT literate, specifically in the use of email and Microsoft Word, Excel and be confident in learning new systems.
Due to the nature of our business, the successful candidate will need to be flexible, as the role involves weekend and Bank Holiday working on a rota basis. There is a great opportunity for career progression and development within the company and industry.
