Our Food & Beverage Department is the heart of out 4* hotel and includes our Restaurant, Brasserie and Bars as well as our extensive Meeting sand vents facilities. An exciting opportunity has arisen for two new Assistant F&B Managers to join our F&B team taking primary responsibility for an operational area within the F&B departments (Bars, Conference and Banqueting or Hospitality) whilst also gaining great experience across the other areas. Supporting the F&B Management team, this is a truly great multi-skills development opportunity for anyone who is looking to build themselves a platform for a Management career in F&B
As Assistant F&B Manager you will involve yourself in all aspects of food & Beverage, including costs and maximising departmental profit. You will be responsible for engaging and driving the team towards a positive culture and communicating with them at all times, to ensure consistency across the department.
The role will look to manage through a positive approach and drive the team to deliver exceptional service. Working with the team, the ideal candidates will have strong experience in motivating teams to deliver first class standards of service and making our guests smile!
Who are we looking for: we are looking for you if you have……
-previous supervisory/management experience in either restaurants and / or hotels.
-excellent communication and customer service skills
-proven ability to manage a busy F&B team whilst providing an excellent level or service for guests
-financial awareness with an understanding of Food & Beverage revenue streams and controls
-confidence and exceptional self-presentation standards
