If you answered yes to these questions, take your career to the next step and join our busy, dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Services team as a Guest Services Representative - responsible for responding to guest’s enquiries, compliments and complaints in line with the company policy and standards through multiple platforms which include email, telephone, face to face and social media whilst supporting the Guest Services team leader and management team. 

The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively resolving and managing guest complaints, enquiries and retaining customer satisfaction within the business, will also be able to collate key feedback and identify trends which will support the department’s month end reporting.

A key skill for this position, will be interaction with our theme park guests by offering support, direction, advice alongside and combing your desire to deliver high levels of customer service, giving you a sense of pride in knowing you’ve helped our guests creating fun family memories.
 

Requirements

 

At least 2 years’ experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment is desired as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be required to be IT literate, specifically in the use of email and Microsoft Word, Excel and to be confident with learning new systems and confident with social media platforms. Experience of working in a visitor attraction or in the hospitality industry would be an advantage.

Due to the nature of our business, the successful candidate will be required to be flexible as working weekends and bank holidays will be required. This position will open up many opportunities within the industry and key for future career progression.

Zero Hour Contract until end October 2021
