Do you have a real flair and passion for cooking? Are you a strong team player? Are you self-motivated? If so we are looking for you to join our Kitchen Brigade. Drayton Manor Hotel is a 4* hotel with multiple restaurants including Hospitality, brasserie style restaurant and the Grill Inn.
As a CDP, you’ll be an important member of the Kitchen team and a source of support to the Head Chef and Sous Chef. Your main responsibility will be to assist the Head Chef in delivering the menu and running all aspects of the kitchen – keeping it a safe, clean and compliant environment.
The role includes:
Hands on food prep
Ensuring food is of the right quality and produced on time
Assisting the Head Chef in controlling budget and managing wastage
Ensuring that all standards are met and exceeded
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
