As a Tickets Guest Host, you will be the first point of contact for all our guests. You will meet and greet our guests making sure that each one of them receives a friendly welcome and excellent customer service. You will need to be helpful, clear and above all, knowledgeable on all aspects of the Park to provide guests with all the answers and give them a great start to their day ‘creating fun family memories’.
The role will involve selling tickets via automated ticketing systems, scanning and collecting tickets and vouchers on turnstiles, advising customers on ticketing options, as well as keeping the entrance areas clean and tidy.
