Standard Parking

  • Pay Online - You can pay for your car parking ticket prior to your visit by adding this onto your booking – you will be prompted to enter your car registration at the end of your booking process. Please ensure you travel in the same car of which you have enter the registration, and the barriers will allow you to access/exit the car park without having to take a ticket.
  • Pay on the Day - If you’d prefer to pay for your parking on the day, please take a ticket from the barrier system upon entry when you arrive at the park. You can then pay at one of our pay stations located by the Main entrance, outside Guest Services & next to The Sweet Shop entrance any time during your visit.
  • Our car parking costs £6 per day, though we allow a free 30 minutes for dropping visitors off.*
  • Due to adverse weather conditions, ground conditions may become poor. Please be cautious when exiting your vehicle. 

Annual Pass Parking

  • Parking is free for our Gold & Platinum annual passholders. Silver annual passholders will need to pay the standard parking rate.

Hotel Guest Parking

  • Parking is free for our hotel guests, to get your parking validated please visit the hotel reception.

Entry to and use of Drayton Manor car park is subject to these car park terms of use. Please read these terms carefully and follow the recommended procedures.

Definitions:
Vehicle’ shall mean the vehicle and shall include any mechanical device or wheels or tracks, its equipment and accessories.

1. OUR LIABILITY

This is a private car park. Our staff have been instructed to remove anyone who is misbehaving; we cannot however guarantee your security nor that of your vehicle nor its contents. We will only accept liability in respect of any loss or theft or damage to your vehicle and/or liability for death or personal injury where the same is proved and to the extent that is proved to be caused by our negligence, wilful act or default or breach of statutory duty or that of our servants and agents.

2. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

2.1 Should you or your vehicle suffer damage whilst in Drayton Manor Car Park or should you lose the vehicle or any of your possessions from the vehicle whilst it is in Drayton Manor Car Park, you should: immediately to inform a member of our staff; in the case of theft, report it to the Police noting the crime reference number; and promptly notify your insurer.

2.2 If you believe that you have a claim against Drayton Manor under Clause 1, we request that you provide us with written notice within 48 hours with full details of the occurrence at: Drayton Manor Resort, Drayton Manor Drive, Tamworth, Staffordshire B78 3TW

2.3 Before submitting any complaint, please refer Clause 1 to ensure that your claim falls within our area of responsibility.

2.4 Failure to comply with the above procedure may prejudice your position.

3. SECURE YOUR VEHICLE AND POSSESSIONS

Unless requested by us or one of our employees or agents not to do so, or you have a good reason not to do so, please ensure that before you leave your vehicle: it is securely locked; all windows are securely closed; any steering lock, alarm or similar security device is engaged. Wherever possible, please ensure that you take your possessions with you when you leave your vehicle. If you need to leave possessions in your vehicle, make sure they are out of sight. Please note that your motor insurance policy may not cover possessions in vehicles. It may be possible for you to arrange separate insurance cover for possessions and we recommend that you do so.

4. DAMAGE TO OTHER VEHICLES

Should you damage another vehicle, you are requested to report the matter immediately to a member of our staff and give them the registration number of your vehicle and the damaged vehicle.

5. SAFETY IN THE CAR PARK

5.1 Car parks are to be used only for lawful purposes.

5.2 Car parks can be dangerous:

  • please drive carefully and obey the directional signs and speed limits;
  • after you have parked, please proceed to the nearest Theme Park Entrance;
  • do not wander about in the Car Park;
  • keep a careful eye on anyone in your care;
  • do not permit children to play in the Car Park.

5.3 Dogs can die in hot cars. Never leave your dog alone in a car on a warm day. If you see a dog in distress in a hot car, contact our staff immediately.

6. TICKETS

6.1 The ticket issued to you is for use only for the vehicle in respect of which it is issued. A ticket (including a pre-booking or season ticket) does not entitle you (unless otherwise specified by us) to any particular space in the Car Park or to priority over other customers. Payment for a ticket (including a pre-booking or season ticket) does not guarantee you a parking space. All season tickets remain our property and it must be returned to us on expiration.

6.2 We reserve the right to refuse to release your vehicle from the Drayton Manor Car Park if you are unable to produce a valid paid car parking ticket/pre-booking/season ticket until we have made such enquiries as we may consider reasonable. Failure to produce a valid paid ticket, pre-booking or season ticket may therefore delay your departure.

6.3 If you are unable to produce a valid paid car parking ticket/pre-booking/season ticket you will be charged at the daily parking rate for a Lost Ticket for the number of days you have parked.

7. AGENCY

Every person who enters into a contract with Drayton Manor for the parking of a vehicle at the Car Park, whether by taking a ticket or otherwise, does so on behalf of themselves and all other persons having proprietary, possessory or other financial or material interest in the vehicle and/or its contents.

8. AUTOMATIC NUMBER PLATE RECOGNITION

By parking your vehicle in the Drayton Manor Car Park you consent to us capturing, using and processing your vehicle registration and personal details via CCTV and Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) for car park operation and enforcement purposes, to calculate the relevant parking tariff and to recover any outstanding Parking Charge. This includes our right to request and obtain the details of a vehicle’s registered keeper from the DVLA.

9. MOVING AND RELOCATION OF VEHICLES

9.1 We reserve the right to move any vehicle within Drayton Manor Car Park by driving or other means to such extent as we, our servants or agents at their discretion think necessary to avoid obstruction, for the more efficient arrangement of parking facilities and/or for health and safety reasons.

9.2 We reserve the right, where Drayton Manor Car Park has to be closed permanently, temporarily in whole or in part, evacuated or in cases of emergency, to remove any vehicle at such a time to any other reasonably convenient location.

9.3 To the extent that it may be necessary in relation to the above, we, our servants and/or agents shall have the right to drive or by other means take the vehicle on the public highway.

10. LIENS

10.1 We reserve the right to hold your vehicle until we have received payment for all parking charges due to us and we reserve the right to refuse any vehicle until those charges have been paid.

10.2 If you intend to leave your vehicle in the Car Park for more than 7 days we recommend that you notify us in writing of your intention to do so.

10.3 We reserve the right to sell any vehicle which we reasonably believe to have been abandoned and shall be entitled to regard as abandoned any vehicle which has been in the Car Park for more than 28 days without prior notification.

10.4 Before proceeding with the disposal of abandoned vehicles, we will make reasonable enquires with a view to identifying and contacting the registered owner of the vehicle in question and give 28 days’ notice of our intention to do so to the registered owner by prepaid post addressed to the registered owner’s last known address.

10.5 Abandoned vehicles will be sold by auction whenever practicable and the proceeds of the sale will be applied in and towards satisfaction of all sums owing to us together with the expenses of sale and in connection with such sale we shall be entitled to charge reasonable garage charges in respect of the period during which the vehicle is in our possession.

10.6 Any balance of these sales proceeds remaining after satisfaction of such sums shall be held by us on behalf of the registered owner of the vehicle and paid over on proof of entitlement.

11. TARIFFS

11.1 The applicable daily tariffs shall be displayed from time to time on the Tariff Board at the Drayton Manor entrance.

11.2 If you have a season ticket or pre-booking, car parking prices will be dealt with in the documentation provided to you.

12. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

12.1 No vehicle shall be towed into the Drayton Manor Car Park and no work on or cleaning of vehicles by customers or their agents shall be done in the Drayton Manor Car Park.

12.2 No activity in connection with the selling, hiring or other disposal of the vehicle shall be carried out in Drayton Manor Car Park.

13. VARIATIONS OF THE CAR PARK TERMS OF USE

13.1 No person has authority to vary or alter these Car Park Terms of Use unless such variation is in writing signed by a duly authorised signatory of Drayton Manor Resort Limited.
