Annual Pass FAQs

We welcome guests of all ages here at Drayton Manor Park but the minimum age unsupervised is 12. Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 or above.

Pre-booking is available via our Passholder hub and our event pages. Passholders will receive one pre-book reservation per pass at a time. 

The Annual Pass renewal window opens 1 week before your pass is due to expire and will end 30 days after the expiry date. To renew your pass and receive a 10% discount, please use the prefix "R" followed by your current annual pass barcode (e.g. R0123456789).

No, your pass benefits will remain the same for the duration of the pass. If you renew into a new pass then the relevant T&Cs will apply then.

No, family passes are no longer available to purchase.

Yes, if your pass is valid, please see the calendar for which passes are valid when.

Yes, if your friends and family vouchers are valid.

Yes, please visit the annual pass office on your first visit.

In line with West Midland Safari Park our Under 3's can visit with a Platinum Annual Passholder free of charge, without the need of a pass. To reserve your ticket for an Under 3's you'll first need to select the number of Individual Passes you require and then add the free Under 3 when pre-booking your visit.

If you are a passholder who has additional carer requirements, you can claim a free carer pass. To claim your free carer pass you must first apply for an Access Card through Nimbus. Once you have your Access Card, you’ll need to visit our Annual Pass office on your first visit along with your Individual Annual Pass to claim your free carer Annual Pass.

Unfortunately, you can only book one visit at a time per pass. Please make sure you only book the next date you plan to visit. You can then book your next visit date after this original date has passed.

Yes, Annual Passes can still be used on the day they are due to expire.

In order to gain entry to the park, you must first pre-book your visit online. When arriving at the park you must show your photo ID in the Tap App along with your pre-booked reservation. Please note, a screenshot of the app will not be accepted.
