Yes, Tesco Clubcard vouchers can be redeemed against the on the gate price for Individual tickets only. Clubcard vouchers cannot be redeemed against Santa’s Grotto & the Wishmas Express tickets. If you wish to book your Grotto & Wishmas Express time slots now you can do so here and then purchase your park entry ticket at the ticket office when you arrive at the park.

Yes, parking is £6 per vehicle.

Yes, all passholders including those under 3 will need to purchase the additional activities.

This can be done by pre-booking your reservation for the individual then selecting the additional experiences in the booking journey.

Yes, all guests wishing to experience the Enchanted Christmas Grotto will require a ticket for these experiences.

Guests visiting with a free companion ticket will need to purchase the individual ticket package for the Nimbus card holder and reserve their timeslot for the additional experiences.

To claim your companion experience tickets head over to the Guest Services office when you arrive at the park and present them your Nimbus card with the +1/+2 symbol, they will book your Wishmas Express and Enchanted Grotto experiences. Please note, this is on a first come first served basis for the Wishmas Express as Companion places will be limited for each timeslot.

The Enchanted Christmas Grotto is included in the Christmas short break package.

For the Wishmas Express, short break guests will be emailed a link to purchase Wishmas Express ticket for your desired timeslot once you've booked your Christmas short break. Subject to availability.

The Wishmas Express will be on the Polperro Express opposite the Thomas Land entrance. The entrance is located between the Carousel and the Arcade.
