Employee Benefits

'I absolutely love it'

Michael - Guest Host, Rides

'After years of working within the car and catering trade, it was hard for me to decide what to do next. I felt too old to start something new but after speaking to the HR staff here at Drayton Manor Theme Park, I felt I'd give it a go and I'm glad I did as I absolutely love it.

The team is made up of a whole array of ages, which makes coming to work a pleasure but I must say that the most enjoyable aspect of my job, is seeing the childrens faces day in day out. I'm part of making that magical memory here at Drayton Manor Theme Park and you cannot put a price on that.'

'I love to be a part of the whole experience'

Kate - Park Control Officer

'I've worked at Drayton Manor Theme Park for the past nine seasons and just love it; the environment and the people. Due to the flexibility of the hours that I can work, I have completed my university degree during that time. Not only that, I have also had the chance to develop within my role. I love to be a part of the whole experience, develop ideas and people, so I am now a member of the customer champion group; where I get to have a say and feedback on park matters.

It's great to develop ideas and have a say on areas across the park, and really make a difference.'
