These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all birthday party packages offered by Drayton Manor Resort Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) as listed on the Birthday Parties page. By booking any birthday party package you (“you”, “the organiser”) confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these T&Cs.
General Terms for All Party Packages
Booking & Payment
- A member of our team will be in touch to confirm your requsted party date and arrange payment.
- Full payment must be received by us no later than 14 days before the party date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices quoted are based on published rates at the time of booking and are subject to change until payment is received.
Minimum Numbers
- All party packages require a minimum of 10 children attending unless otherwise stated on your booking confirmation.
- Prices are based on these minimum numbers. If fewer children attend, you are still liable for the quoted package price.
Inclusions
- Each package’s inclusions (rides, play access, food, activities etc.) are as described on the webpage at the time of booking.
- Inclusions may be subject to availability, park opening hours and weather.
Extra Guests
- Additional children and adults may be added to the booking at an extra cost, subject to availability.
- One free adult supervisor may be included per paying child as stated in the package description; additional adults will be charged.
Amendments & Cancellations
- You may amend party details (date, numbers, add-ons) up to 14 days prior to the party date subject to availability and any price difference.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior may result in loss of full payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel the booking for reasons outside our control (e.g., park closure). In such cases, we will offer credit towards a future date or a refund of amounts paid.
Health & Safety
- All guests must comply with park rules and health & safety instructions issued by park staff.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times; we do not accept responsibility for unsupervised children.
Conduct
- You are responsible for the behaviour of your party guests. We reserve the right to remove any person whose conduct jeopardises safety or enjoyment.
Liability
- To the maximum permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in party activities, except where caused by our negligence.
