- 20% off Animal Encounters – please email guestservices@draytonmanor.co.uk with your Annual Pass number to request a discount code to book your encounter online.
- 10% off Hotel - Limited number of rooms available each day at discounted rate on a first come, first serve basis.
- Pleasurewood Hills - valid for 1 ticket per pass, per year. Please show your pass at the Pleasurewood ticket office to redeem your ticket. Please note, our free companion Annual Passes are chargeable at Pleasurewood Hills, check their website for tickets and prices.
- Car Parking – free parking on valid for 4+ Year Old Gold & Platinum annual passes.
- Annual Passes are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.
- All passholders must pre-book their visits online, this can be done on the website or through our App.
- Platinum passholders can pre-book their West Midlands Safari Park visit on the West Midlands Safari Park website.
- Under 3's can visit for free alongside a valid Platinum Annual Passholder. A ride wristband will need to be purchased separately for under 3's at West Midland Safari Park.
- Annual Pass only valid for the photographed, named person on the pass. Passes cannot be transferred. To validate your Annual Pass, it must be registered on the Tap App. In order to gain entry to the park, you must show your photo ID in the App, a screenshot will not be accepted. The e-ticket Annual Pass won't be accepted.
- Silver Pass restriction dates for 2024 can be found here. Gold & Platinum passes are valid every day the theme park is open. No passes are valid on days the park is closed or park buyout days.
- Discounts codes supplied by our Customer Relations Department cannot be redeemed against annual passes unless otherwise specified.
- Please note that all discounts, dates available to use the pass, offers and rates can be changed at any time, and rides are strictly subject to availability on days that the park is open.
- Drayton Manor Resort have the right to cancel or amend Annual Passes at any time.
- Annual Pass renewal window opens 1 week before the expiry date and ends 30 days after expiry.
- 20x £20 family & friends vouchers only valid with renewals after 1st February 2024.
- Friends & family vouchers can only be used alongside a valid Annual Pass.
- Friends and family tickets are not to be resold for monetary gain. If these vouchers have been sold, they will be removed from use. Only applicable on paid Annual Passes. Excludes Under 2's passes.
- Annual Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
