Health & Safety

Drayton Manor Resort strives to provide a safe and enjoyable day out for all schools and groups. We understand how important it is for you to organise your visit to the finest detail. With that in mind, we have provided you with all the information you may need to plan your day out, including all the important information relevant to your risk assessment.

Pre-Visits

At Drayton Manor, you can complete a pre-visit so that your planning can be done in advance. This can be booked in advance once you have made a booking for your school/group visit.

Once you have made your booking, please contact us at education@draytonmanor.co.uk to book your pre-visit.

You will need your Staff ID and your order number with you on the day of your pre-visit.

(Please note: only 2 pre-visit tickets are available per school/group on any weekday during term time and 1 pre-visit ticket per school/group on any weekend or during school holidays. Advanced booking only.)

First Aid

Visiting schools and groups are responsible for the first aid needs of their group. Should a serious incident occur, we do have a dedicated Medical Team and First Aid room on site, located next to the 4D Cinema. Should you require assistance during your visit, please speak to any member of staff.

Please note that our Health and Safety Pack and Onsite Visit Guidelines are for guidance only and all organisers are advised to complete their own risk assessment prior to a visit (see pre-visit section above).

Lost Children

Drayton Manor will be happy to provide you with wristbands for you to include a contact number, if you would like these for you school visit, please email us at education@draytonmanor.co.uk with your order number and number of wristbands required.
