As an Ultimate Annual Passholder, your pass includes access to Waterworld – the UK’s No.1 tropical indoor aqua park – giving you even more ways to make the most of your year with us.
What’s included
Your Ultimate Annual Pass allows you to enjoy unlimited visits to Waterworld during your pass validity (excluding blackout dates). All visits must be pre-booked in advance, and are subject to availability, so we recommend securing your spot early, especially during peak periods.
How to book your Waterworld visit
The way you book depends on when you purchased your Ultimate Annual Pass. if you purchased your Annual Pass before 28th February 2026, you should have received a booking code via email. Please use this code when making your Waterworld reservations. If you purchased your Annual Pass after 28th February 2026, simply use your Annual Pass number to book your visit.
Follow these instructions to book your visit:
- Click the button below and select ‘I already have a Ticket or Annual Pass’
- Choose ‘Annual Pass Reservations’, then add a ‘Single Ticket’ to your basket and select your visit date
- Enter your email address and Annual Pass code in the relevant boxes, then confirm your reservation
Important things to know
- All Waterworld visits must be booked in advance – entry without a reservation is not guaranteed
- Availability is limited and can fill up quickly, particularly during weekends and school holidays
- Blackout Dates: Bank holidays, bank holiday weekends (inclusive of the Saturday and Sunday before the bank holiday Monday), February half-term in Staffordshire, 17th – 31st August and special events.
