Package Terms & Conditions

Two-day theme park entry 

  • Second day free is only valid on stays from 27th March – 31st October 2026. This is subject to availability.
  • The tickets must be used on consecutive days of the overnight stay and cannot be moved to a future date.
  • If the theme park is closed on one day of your stay, the second day ticket is no longer applicable.
  • There will be no price reductions if the second day ticket is not claimed.
  • One-day theme park entry included for Christmas & February Half Term.

Buffet Breakfast

  • Breakfast is available from 7am – 10am every day.

Childrens Evening Entertainment & Character Breakfast

  • Free for all hotel guests
  • Children’s entertainment is available throughout the Staffordshire school holidays and Saturday evenings when the theme park is open. This is normally scheduled between 6.30pm and 8.30pm in main season.
  • Character breakfast is available throughout the Staffordshire school holidays and on Saturday and Sunday mornings when the theme park is open. This is normally scheduled between 8.30am and 9.30am. You will need to book breakfast around these times.

Mini Golf 

  • Only available daylight hours.
  • Collect balls and clubs from the Hotel Reception.

General 

  • A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking and full payment is taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • In the event of a no-show, 100% of the full stay will be charged.
