Spot the Elf & Win!

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Drayton Manor Resort.

Eligibility to Enter

• The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older on behalf of their child. Drayton Manor Resort employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
• To be eligible to enter, you must find the Elves Behavin’ Badly Find The Elf competition graphic on our website (excluding the Christmas & Elftoria pages) and tag us on social media or email us at 75years@draytonmanor.co.uk with the location.
• By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
• There is a limit of one entry per person, email address or social media account.

The Prize

• The winning prize will be a 2 tickets each to Christmas Wonderland AND tickets to Elftoria
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
• The tickets are valid on selected dates when both the theme park and Elftoria are both operating during Christmas Wonderland 2025.
• Drayton Manor Resort's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

• The first 10 entries that correctly find the ‘You Found Me’ Elf graphic will be notified via email or social media direct message.
• Drayton Manor Resort will make two attempts to contact the winner via email or social media message.
• If the winner does not respond to the informing them of their win within 48 hours of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
• The Winner will be contacted by Drayton Manor Resort to confirm they accept the prize and arrange the tickets.

Delivery of the Prize

• Once confirmed, the winner will be contacted by the Drayton Manor Resort team to arrange their visit.

Data Protection and Publicity

• You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Drayton Manor Resort for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
• All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing marketing@draytonmanor.co.uk
• If requested by Drayton Manor Resort, the winner agrees to release their first name to other competition participants.

Limitation of Liability 

• Drayton Manor Resort accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
• This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, nor is it associated with, Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By participating, entrants agree to release Meta from any and all liability in connection with this competition.
