Magical Christmas

General Terms & Conditions

• All guests, including adults, children, babies and toddlers, must have a valid ticket for entry to Magical Christmas and any specific experiences they wish to attend.
• Tesco Clubcard vouchers may be used towards the standard admission price but cannot be used to purchase Magical Christmas experiences, including the Enchanted Christmas Grotto, SEND Christmas Grotto or Aladdin Pantomime.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
• Where the Theme Park is temporarily closed, Drayton Manor Resort will make reasonable efforts to transfer affected bookings to an alternative date, subject to availability. An alternative date cannot be guaranteed.
• Rescheduling may be permitted at Drayton Manor Resort's discretion and is subject to availability.
• Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to amend, reschedule or cancel any event, attraction or experience where necessary for operational, safety or weather-related reasons.
• Experiences, entertainment, gifts, refreshments and activities may be changed, replaced or withdrawn without notice.
• Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests where necessary for safety, security, operational or behavioural reasons.
• All guests must comply with Drayton Manor Resort's general Terms & Conditions and Park Regulations.

Enchanted Christmas Grotto

• Enchanted Christmas Grotto tickets are £12.50 per person.
• Every guest entering the grotto, including adults, children, babies and toddlers, must have a valid grotto ticket.
• Grotto tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at the time of booking.
• Grotto tickets are subject to availability and may sell out.
• Guests should arrive in good time for their allocated timeslot. Late arrival or missed timeslots cannot be guaranteed entry or an alternative timeslot. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals where availability allows.
• The Enchanted Christmas Grotto includes Mrs Claus Storytime, reindeer food making, a meet and greet with Santa, a small gift for each child and one complimentary hot drink for each adult.
• One gift is provided per child with a valid grotto ticket. Gifts may vary and are subject to availability.
• One complimentary hot drink is provided per adult with a valid grotto ticket. Available drink options are subject to availability.
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Photography is permitted during the experience, subject to instructions from our team.
• The grotto experience, activities, timings, gifts and refreshments may be amended or withdrawn without notice.
• A valid Theme Park admission ticket is required to access the wider Magical Christmas event and Theme Park, unless otherwise stated. The grotto ticket does not include Theme Park admission.
• Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests from the experience where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
• By purchasing a grotto ticket, guests agree to comply with these terms, the general Terms & Conditions and Park Regulations.

SEND Christmas Grotto

• SEND Christmas Grotto tickets are £12.50 per person.
• Every guest entering the grotto, including adults, children, babies and toddlers, must have a valid grotto ticket.
• Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at the time of booking.
• Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out.
• The SEND Christmas Grotto is designed to provide a more relaxed and accessible Christmas experience for guests with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Guests should arrive in good time for their allocated timeslot. Late arrival or missed timeslots cannot be guaranteed entry or an alternative timeslot. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals where availability allows.
• The experience includes a festive visit with Santa and Christmas activities adapted for a more relaxed experience. Specific activities and arrangements may vary.
• One small Christmas gift is provided per child with a valid grotto ticket. Gifts may vary and are subject to availability.
• One complimentary hot drink is provided per adult with a valid grotto ticket. Available drink options are subject to availability.
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Aladdin Pantomime

• All guests, including adults and children, must have a valid ticket to attend the Aladdin Pantomime.
• The pantomime takes place in Falls Theatre, located within Frontier Falls.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible guardian aged 16 or over.
• Pantomime tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
• Tickets are valid only for the date and performance stated at the time of booking.
• Guests should arrive in good time for the performance. Late admission may be restricted or refused where necessary for safety or to avoid disruption to the performance.
• Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to amend, reschedule or cancel a performance where necessary for operational, safety or weather-related reasons.
• Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests where necessary for safety, security or behavioural reasons.
• By purchasing a pantomime ticket, guests agree to comply with these terms, the general Terms & Conditions and Park Regulations.
