Are my Tickets eligible for the Free Return Visit offer?
Free Return Visit is only eligible for dated day tickets purchased online through the Drayton Manor Resort website. This excludes Zoo only, Hotel Short Breaks, Annual Pass reservations, Complimentary Tickets, Anytime Tickets, Combi Tickets, Rainy Day Return, Third Party vouchers, Tesco Clubcard, Resellers, 2nd Day Tickets, Schools & Groups, Promotional offers, Friends & Family Vouchers and Orders using Discount Codes. You must purchase your ticket between 1st September to 15th October 2023 to be eligible.
How can I redeem my Free Return Visit?

When can I use my Free Return Visit?
Free Return Visit can only be redeemed from 2nd September 2023 to 30th November 2023. It cannot be redeemed for the same visit date as your original purchase.
Do I need to pay for Car Parking on my Free Return Visit?
Yes, if you’re using the Car Park you can pay the ticket at any Car Parking machine located inside the park subject to a fee of £6.
Can I add additional tickets to my Free Return Visit?
No, only the amount on the original purchase can be used against this offer. Any additional tickets can be purchased online or on the day at the kiosk.
I plan to use a discount code on my order. Will I be eligible for a Free Return Visit?
Any orders that have applied a discount code to their order won’t be eligble for the Free Return Visit. This includes any discount codes such as Blue Light Card, Student Beans or any other codes.
I have used a discount code on my order, is it possible to cancel it to be valid for the Free Return Visit?
No, discount codes cannot be removed from an order once it has been confirmed.
I purchased tickets on the day at the kiosk, can I claim the Free Return Visit?
No, only eligible dated tickets purchased online through the Drayton Manor Resort website will be valid for this offer.
- Offer only valid on dated day tickets booked online through the Drayton Manor website for visits between 1st September 2023 and 15th October. All other bookings are not eligible for a free return visit.
- Free return visit tickets are not transferable and must be used by the same named individual on the original ticket. Proof of ID will be requested on entry.
- Offer ends on 15th October 2023 at 23:59
- Free return visits must be booked and used by 23:59 on 30th November 2023.
- Valid only for dated day tickets purchased online. This excludes Evening tickets, Zoo only, Hotel Short Breaks, Annual Pass reservations, Complimentary Tickets, Anytime Tickets, Combi Tickets, Rainy Day Return, Third Party vouchers, Tesco Clubcard, Resellers, 2nd Day Tickets, Schools & Groups, Promotional offers, Friends & Family Vouchers and Orders using Discount Codes.
- Please note, Adult & Toddler tickets are only entitled to one free individual return code.
- Free return visits can only be redeemed from 2nd September 2023 to 30th November 2023 and 72 hours after the initial qualifying visit.
- Free return visit codes will be sent out within 72 hours of the park closure time on the date of the qualifying visit. Offer can only be redeemed once the free return visit email is sent and received.
- Free return visits can only be redeemed on a day the park is open for theme park or zoo only ticket holders. Date exclusions apply due to park closures. Please see the calendar for dates the Resort is open.
- Tickets booked with promotional offers, Friends & Family Vouchers and discount Codes are not eligible for the free return visit offer.
- Free Return Visit cannot be redeemed for the same day as the original visit date or the consecutive day after the original visit date.
- Free Return Visit can only be redeemed once per eligible ticket.
- Free Return Visit can only be used for a dated day theme park or zoo only ticket. Cannot be redeemed against Annual Pass, Experiences during Halloween or Christmas, Zoo Experiences, Short Breaks, Fast Pass or Car Parking.
- Free return visit tickets are classed as complimentary tickets and therefore free return visits booked through this offer are not eligible for a subsequent free return.
- To claim your free return ticket, you must visit the park on the day of your initial dated online ticket.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- This offer has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged.
- This offer is subject to change. Drayton Manor Resort reserves the right to amend, alter the conditions or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
